Application form to affix event signs to the Village entrance signs posts.
This form is required to be filled out by the event organizers and submitted prior to affixing any signage on the four Village entrance signs.

NOTE: Signs cannot be larger than 40cmX244cm (16”x96”) unless grandfathered from previous years. Chamber will confirm upon receipt of application. Conditions of posting signs: - Signs cannot be posted more than 14 days prior to event unless preapproved - Signs must be removed within 3 days of the end of the event. - Signs cannot be installed over existing signs unless preapproved - The Merrickville-Wolford and District Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any applications or remove any signs that do not conform to the application as submitted. - The Merrickville-Wolford and District Chamber of Commerce assumes no responsibility for damage, defacing or unauthorized removal of signs.
