The Joy of Olives is an Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Tasting Room located in the beautiful and friendly town of Merrickville, Ontario (the jewel of the Rideau).

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will happily guide you through the tasting experience of our vast selection of of fresh fused and infused Olive Oils, as well as a collection of Dark and White Balsamic Vinegars from Modena, Italy. We encourage you to try before you buy and have fun doing so.

All of our oils and vinegars are bottled in store to ensure freshness.
